“Usually, it’s how it goes every year,” said Tina Huerta of Stockton. In Stockton, police officers deployed a Shotspotter. It was used in specific areas of the city with the highest amount of illegal gun and fireworks. The Shotspotter helps detect and locate gunfire incidents.
